Which Tape would you use

Either …

The run of the mill Masking Tape OR Frog tape for when masking to spray small items

Is the centre part of your front grill painted originally or (take a close look) is it metal covered? Hi end ones are metal covered with a matt chrome finish, therefore a different kettle of fish to paint...

May i suggest, if you take the front grill off the car it brakes into two parts, the outer surround and the centre (plastic welded together) paint them the bond them back together... Therefore not leaving an edge that can peel (especially when jet washing!)

The side vents are the same story but unclip etc rather than breaking plastic welds...

Ah well can scratch that idea when trying to mask off the bars that i am wanting to paint it just won't happen and will cause the paint to run in to the cheesecutter part of the grille Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
