Came out of the supermarket earlier and the damn thing wouldnt unlock with the fob.

Put the key in the door old stylee, alarm went off, which fortunately was silenced when i put the key in the ignition,

Has worked every time since. Almost like the key was flat but it had been in the ignition for a 3 hr.

Anyone had this happen? Was a bit of a pain as it was peeing down. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Yep, once in a blue moon, but did happen to me earlier this week. Went out to wash the car in the rain having just returned home from work ( I had locked the car ), went to move car but fob would not do it. ( I had dropped the key on the floor just before going outside again). Anyway, washed the car and went in for supper. Popped out later that evening and it unlocked fine.

Go figure.... .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember
