Tidy up wheel nuts ?

Got the old original steel ones which now look rusty.

Aside from kurusting and satin black (which is what the new ones look like) any other ways to improve the finish on these ? .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink
