connecting/fitting rear 2010MY LED

i have read the wiki on fitting these items.
i will need to purchase the led interface unit for the 2007My FF to accept these .
on ebay they are selling for £125ish.

i am ok with mechanics but not with electrics, are there cheaper alternative that any one has found.
also i understand that i will need some grommets LR part number LR000081. will i need 2 per side ?
