Well, thanks for all the ideas on what. It could be. Went into an Indy this morning. Cracked injector return pipe and split inter cooler pipe. £280 inc vat & labour. Well chuffed. Was expecting a bigger bill than that. Used a place called McDonalds Landrover in Oswestry.  Lloyd Barnes

It was air escaping from they cracked intercooler pipe. They reckon they see quite a few L322's with leaking injector return pipes?!
