"Check Brake Pads" I am getting this error message every time I start or stop the engine, been happening for a month now, and I have just changed both front and rear brake pad wires with no effect. Neither one was worn to the point they would have caused a error message on the dash, however this is a new problem to me and I wonder if anyone has any pointers??? |

I'm not an expert here, never had the issue, but I do understand if the sensor wires have not been fitted back in correctly, you get the message come up..........

I will have a check tomorrow for a bad connection in the plugs, apart from that I will just have to get used to the "bong" everytime I stop the engine. |

Most likely a broken sensor wire somewhere in the circuit |

Did you buy genuine leads of cheapy ones? There could be your answer... Failing that get it plugged in... Never be too careful with brakes pal... Craig ![]() |
