Glad you found the problem. For simplicity I would replace the cyclone as its a sealed unit, and replace the drain pipes (6C342A & B) in your pics from rave. The hose 6759A is the inlet to the cyclone. The oil/vapour enters here and swerls round. The vapour comes out the top and oil drops out the bottom and runs back to the sump. This is the primary drain and the one that's blocked in your cyclone. The vapour comes out the top of the cyclone via 6759B and head to the PCV valve. The secondary drain 6C342B should only deal with a small amount of fluid but yours has been kinked plus the cyclone is blocked. This means you have probably had liquid carry over from the cyclone into the PCV then into the plenum. Is this has happened I would look into a new PCV as the oil might |

Looks like ill have to remove the metal pipe which connects the two small hoses to the sump. The smaller metal pipe of the two is blocked . MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand

Can't help with the metal pipes as I didn't need to do mine. You could always push some welding rod down to try and clear???? The PCV is LKR000040. You will need LKJ000060 gasket as well. I ordered and replaced all the orings and rubbers on that as well. But I'm sure some came with the PCV, but can't remember. I ordered the lot as the rubbers were only a few pence and didn't want to |

I managed to unblock the metal 2 metal pipes that are connected via a banjo bolt to the sump - here is how I done it.
