Couple of issues

Well I finished work early today so thought I'd make a start on a few jobs that need doing on my new to me range rover,
First off was no spray from rear wiper, the motor is working so I removed the spoiler and interior trim, removed one way valve which had a bit of crud in it, water will spray out when not plugged in to the motor but once re attached I just get a tiny bit coming through the nozzles, I assume there is a blockage inside the motor or the nozzles but no amount of poking with a pin clears it, will I need a new wiper arm or is there a way to clear the blockage?

Next Issue is the passenger rear door, the handle works from inside and outside but once locked then unlocked the door remains locked and you need to open it from inside, the door will lock with the remote but not re open, any ideas? Iv tried removing the door card but something's holding it at the top, iv removed all the screws including the one behind the airbag plastic cover, should it just push up? Any advice would be much appreciated, cheers

The SEARCH function and the WIKI are your friends!

Plenty on here about the rear wiper, and a good DIY howto on the innards.

You do have to give it a good tug upwards, (you feel like you are going to break it!) it will come off though. .

Thanks for you reply, I seen the thread regarding the leaking motor but mine isn't leaking, it's just blocked, I'll try taking just the arm off tomorrow and see if water gets that far, also regarding the rear door I'll give it a good pull now I know that I won't break anything lol, any ideas what may cause the central locking to lock the door but not unlock it? Cheers gain

The jet at the end of the wiper arm can get blocked by all the crud thrown up from the road. I cleared mine with a needle. Just don't poke it in too far / too hard (ooer missus) Thumbs Up You will need a torch to help you see what you are doing.

Not experienced any central locking issues so can't give full answer, but would suggest is something to do with a microswitch / sensor in the door somewhere, or back at the ECU.

Could be due to the cold weather? My LH mirror got stuck in reverse tilt this morning, but went back to normal once it warmed up this afternoon. (P - D - R - D)

A battery disconnect procedure might help to reset things? .
