Help!

Found the battery flat this morning. Not overly concerned as I'm not going out for a few days, but for some reason, the alarm is going off now and I can't disarm it! All the neighbours curtains are twitching!

I can't even get into the garage or the boot to get a spanner to disconnect the battery. What's causing the alarm to sound?

The battery has a back up battery built in and this will be causing the siren to sound. Not sure if the problem is caused by low voltage in the main battery or if water ingress or a fault in the circuit board of the alarm

Its stopped now thank God. Not sure what has flattened the battery though - its a new 110aH Bosch and has never done this.

Edit: 0100- going off again! Just found a spanner and disconnected the battery but it carried on until it stopped. Hasn't restarted yet, fingers crossed.
