passanger wing mirror "twitching".

Hi folks. Any idea about a twitching left hand wing mirror. I don't think its related to the mico switch and this problem is the mirror itself and not the wing. I have tried leaving the selector switch either left of right to no avail . MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand

Hi Stan , looked in the wiki and found only folding wing mirrors and loose wing mirrors. No sign of the passanger mirror twitching and driving off outboard. MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand

It's electrical. It twitches and drives off to one direction now and again. I keep having to adjust it back MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand

OK guys I will really confuse you now, for months my mirrors have been twitchy.put them in anmd they go back out but out of sync etc, then sometimes the pass one stays in. Anyway got the Intravee set up today...........thanks Cliffy Thumbs Up Bow down and set up mirrors to close on lock and hey presto they close and stay closed, try and close them from the button on the door card and no joy!!! Dodgy switch???? One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

No worries john, thanks for the diagnostic checks

There r various relays on the driver switch pack and the Intravee closes without the switch so I'd b guessing iffy switch unit

Could try mine in it?
