Hi All

So, bizarrely today I used the car all morning everything fine until 1300 today the central locking stops working maybe a flat battery, changed the battery, nothing, tried using the key in door as a manual overide. nothing again ?

So my car is open, as in doors unlocked. I can lock the doors from the inside button, but outside > nothing. cant use key or key fob, I have tried searching the problem but cant spot anyone who has had both remote and manual lock out ?

I can start the car fine and no immobiliser problems

Any ideas to assist me securing the car ?

Hi can you leave the window open then lock it using the inside button then press the button on your remote to close the windows.

Fuses!!  FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
Mantec Sump Guard, Rigid Load liner, MY10 BT upgrade.

Try Fuse 11 30A in the front fuse box.
I'm guessing the manual locking of the drivers door may not have worked for a while and you've never noticed it ?

I had a similar issue when I just got the car. It wouldn't lock due to one of the door switches not working well, thinking the door was not closed. It would also keep the interior lights on. It went away by itself (it only occurred 3 or 4 times anyway) as I used the car every day (it had not moved for 2 years). MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
