You can turn those off yourself tho in settings … |

I know Mick, I just wondered if maybe the upgrade had turned them on without you noticing. Sometimes code upgrades do that to test you out! |

One of the reasons I'm holding off is that the same thing happened when the 4 came out, and folk with "old" 3's upgraded and they had no end of problems.

i have mine plugged in as much as possible now. it was about 92% at 4.40 and is now 51% with just a few emails checked and a 10min call and some text.

Next thing is turn off location services and vibrate and screen brightness. Mine is quite low as its much better in any light conditions but still have it set to auto adjust but it keeps it dimmer than the average one. Good for privacy as well |

But it's this latest update that is causing the battery problem before it the battery was fine |
