The ones that I had with the 20" 7 spokes won't touch my studs at all. The hole is too small, so I've had to use my existing nuts (See my other post)

Please everybody check the hole diameter on the wheels you have, pre 2006 is 20mm, post 2006 is23 mm. That's the only difference , thread and depth remained the same. ....Black nuts have 20mm shank and silver nuts are 23mm shank...beware the nugget who fitted 2006 RRS wheels to my FFRR painted the black nuts silver!!!!!!! |

Does anyone know what these wheel nuts are for that I've been sent? The internal diameter (threaded bit) is too small for my studs. I've read somewhere that the stud thread is 14x1.5 - If thats the case, I haven't got a clue what these nuts are for! If I offer one up to the 20" rim, it rattles about in the hole and when viewed from inside, it doesn't even run the length of the hole? Yet the original black one fits perfectly, both width and length. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |
