I have gas , the clutch engages cleanly and the condenser seams un-damaged but,,,,,,,nothing gets cold.

Thanks for the replies so far , to me it does feel like there is no condensing going on but I have had it re gassed twice so Im thinking blocked or pinched plumbing but where and how ? 2008 MY Supercharged

the air condenser is right at the front and is easily hit by stones and debris of the road...you could have a hole somewhere resulting in leakage.. ... - .- -.

Thought of that as well but it's holding pressure . There just seems to be no clear reason for the total lack of cooling despite everything seeming to work . 2008 MY Supercharged

But if you press the max button you bypass the tem sensor and put the system in to full steam ahead but as i said , zilch |

When you re-gass it this time, let them add that fluorescent stuff. That way you can find out where the leak is. Also last times when regassing, was there any liquid left or didn't they check/tell you ? MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

afaik air con gas already has some kind of fluorescent stuff in it and all you need is a UV lamp to see any leaks.. ... - .- -.

I have only seen it once as it was being added to the AC of my GMC. Very sure here they don't have it in. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

I think you need the car put on diagnostics, preferably Testbook, otherwise you could end up chasing round for weeks and get no |

Such a simple problem in the end , this really only applies to cars like mine with four zone climate and to be honest I have never heard of another but this means I have my entire centre console full of a second HEVAC unit and when it was re-gased all the gas was drained out the system but when replaced only the front system took the gas . So when I turned on the rear system gas rushed in , the pressure drops , bothe systems stop working due to lack of pressure . Moral of the story keep my rear system on when re- gassing . 2008 MY Supercharged
