JJ mentions September which is only 6 oddish months away, bet there will also be a waiting list and LR will match production to demand to keep pricing up.

Thinking about it I bet a load of prospective purchasers will just hang on for the new RR - too much going on at the moment with the new 2010 just being out, then a new engine in sept, then a totally new model not far off - unless you change your car every 12 - 18 months why bother...

I personally wouldn't want to buy a new one in September to just get a slightly bigger engine when there is a new model being forcast by some for next year.

Just got my 3.6 a few days ago and so far very happy and the engine is great...maybe one has to wait for the new engine to be around for another year, you never know if there are some problems with a new one.. Exclamation Also, new one will be more expensive...and last but not least when will all new modell come around Question Wink

Portugal 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue

Well, the september lauch date is not far off. They launched the SC in 2006 and the tdv8 in 2007. All around those dates. The same will be with 500SC in 2010 and the 4.4tdv8 in 2011, which is perfectly in accordance with LR way of doing things.

The current tdv8 really is a killer, but..........the new 3.0 tdv6 is eating a bit into tdv8 territory performance wise.
So unless they'd launch a new engine, tdv8's would have no justification. And none of us wants v6 engines into ff's.

The conventry chippers are who? Overfinch? Just curious...Maybe i'll be in GB one of these days...
As the financial crisis doesn't seem to be wearing off, the only way to increase performance is by chipping.
If it weren't for that, i'd have my name already in the 4.4 list....

You won't get one for love nor money anyway.

Did 2010 Vogue recall yesterday - big wedge of software updates (4 hours) and sales chap was telling me they are not to accept any more orders for FFRR until further notice Shocked Production now full until November 2010 despite working 5 hours overtime on the production per day Question Currently running FFRR MY10 TDV8 3.6L and a Disco 3 XS Commercial (tank like but very effective as a Company van). Plus one mint condition Track Day Car in the form of an E36 M3 3.2L Evolution circa June 1996 with lots of go faster bits and only 52k miles on the clock! Oh, plus a few bits to make it slow down really quickly as well! Luvverly.
