I have the full Virgin Media package with XXXL TV/120mb broadband etc and they keep offering me unlimited data free phone with free immediate replacement handset "WHENEVER" Unlimited everything and free 0800/0845 etc from only £20 a month!

Not sure of EE/TMOBILE/VIRGIN network coverage in my road which is why I stick with Vodafone....

Just found this:

also depends on usage, if she actually needs unlim, or you just don't want a big bill

ee 4g and o2, you cant actually go over the data allowance they give you

so quite a few options other than the uk's worst network

Actually had pretty good service with 3... by slagging them on twitter!

tweet to @threeuksupport and REALLY slag them off, only downside is they only monitor it 9-5 M-F

They are also part of the best backhaul network (with EE) in terms of prep for high speed 3G and also LTE

VF/O2 (as Beacon) will be great but a couple of years behind and the handoff for the RAN share will be a MAJOR PITA.

The customer service is annoying and the fact that my contract is up soon means I get lots of calls.. The best way I've found of dealing with sales calls is to say "I'm glad you called; I meant to ring you as your service is s Censored "

I've had rubbish service from all the networks and also great service but they are in quite a stage of flux

Guy that works for me kept getting renewal calls from 3 about his contract , i picked the phone up and answered …..

3 … " Hi Mr Grant it is about your renewal "

Me .. " Hi Mr Grant is not available to talk just now he has been rushed to Hospital with a severe case of Cannaetakanymairpish ( English Version … Cannot take any more of your urine ) and won't be available to talk for sometime" needless to say they apologised for calling and said they will await for Mr Grant to call them when he is better …. Laughing Laughing

Are these unlimited data plans actually unlimited links 3s? I absolutely Censored hammer my usage. Think the mac I've had was 9gig in a month. loads of albums and streaming football etc when in work etc. I know I would have had a massive bill if it wasn't unlimited. If the others do unlimited it might help come renewal time.

Mick go into a 3 store they are amillion times more helpful! [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]
