Lovely car,enjoy

I'm thinking of changing mine for a 5.0 at the moment and am looking on line but my 4.2 will be a very hard act to follow so I'm tempted just to keep it even though its approaching the magic 100k as I've had it since almost new.

I look forward to reading your experience & thoughts after moving back to petrol

I've driven both 4.2 and 5.0 Supercharged and I must say the 5.0 is quite an improvement.

Those pipes and back box look really nasty for the mileage and compared to the rest of the car.

Hi, hope you don't mind me asking but are the 'lower sill' (my words) supercharged metal plates factory fit or can they be easily bought and DIY applied?

The lower sill plates can be bought off ebay or powerful, either etched with supercharged or plain,

I have a set on mine as the drivers sill was worn.

As said above. I have bought these for the past 4 Range Rovers, they save the paint if your car is lucky enough to be unmarked or they hide the scuffs and scrapes if it isn't.

My advice when you fit them is to do a dry fit before you remove the backing tape, once they're stuck, they're stuck!

ah ok - where did you get your sill protectors from as they look quite nice (hoping they have Vogue or TDV8 ones).
