United Kingdom 2015 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Corris Grey
newbie here -Hello

Hello all,

I'm not totally new to the brand as I already have a 2007 V8 Diesel RR sport.
Its old and its battered but i love it for my (most of the time daily driver).

So Ive also got a Porsche 981 Boxster GTS, which is for sunny days.

My missus has been nagging me to sell her Macan S diesel and get a LR Vogue.
We wanted an SE, post 2015 (ULEZ compliant and Euro 6).
Grey or black exterior and beige or black interior.
Preference was an AB but we found a well specced and well priced 65 plate SE, in Corris with almond and espresso interior. At first I thought history was sketchy but Ive done some due diligence and it turned out it had full LR history 4 services and only 4 years old with 16k miles.

Now my only problem is getting Mrs Wilpert to realise that it needs to be christened by me driving it for at least 3 months until she can have it for herself.

Im loving the drive, super smooth and comfy, so fingers crossed it stay that way.

I might take a plunge and get an independent warranty, (paranoia) but id need recommendations here, I tried warrantywise once and they were pretty good when i claimed. A bit expensive on this one though.

Ill upload some pics when i get the polishing cloth out.

Hi

Love this forum. Already helped me out on some small issues with my newly acquired 2008 Vogue TDV8.

Thanks

Hello jagmen,

Looks like youโ€™re pretty close to me and most of the other Uk Range Rover owners ๐Ÿ˜‚
Iโ€™m in chipping ongar.

Thatโ€™s a good year for one of these motors.
My 2007 rr sport tdv8 is now up to 163k and looking a bit rough but a great car for the Essex lanes.

Evening all
New to ownership of range rovers but not the green oval as a whole. I use my vehicles for local 4x4 response group and my recent purchase L322 03 V8 4.4 will be doing just as much work.

Hello all. Bought my first RR on Monday, a 2006 4.2 SC.
Loving it so far, well except for a TPMS stem shearing off at the petrol station air machine this lunchtime.
Oh and then discovering the jack was missing.... Rolling Eyes
All part of the fun I guess.
If anyone can recommend a tyre place in the Worcestershire area that can do TPMS thatโ€™d be great!

Think yourself lucky that the jack is missing. The standard scissor jack is lethal.

Get hold of a Mercedes Sprinter bottle jack and mod it (search on this forum) or a D2 bottle jack.

As above but, on the chance that the previous owner has got one, look under the cover of the cubbyhole on the right hand side of the boot.

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Siberian Silver

Hi
Just came over from the D3 site and looking to buy my first FFRR. Currently have a D3 V8 which I brought back with me from Australia. Not sure which RR to buy as am torn between the SDV8 and the TDV6. I am well aware of the crank issues with the TDV6.
