so the new '2019' grill has gone back to the supplier...i liked the grill but it didnt look right as the badge recess isnt horizontal so the badge looked wonky..








i think the only solution is to mount the badge at an angle in the grill recess but as i had already stuck my badge on , i didnt want to prise it off and damage the grill or indeed the badge ...

speaking to the supplier we both agreed that the proper 2019 grill is flat and when the chinese did their template for the 2013-2017 curved grill ,the badge recess wasnt level..
its a shame as i really liked this grill and i might even get another one and try applying the badge off centre.. ... - .- -.

Looks smart grill though that looks like it fits well.

dont think a LR badge will be any different ...the wording is still on the horizontal the same as the RR badges.. ... - .- -.

I looked at a 2015 (15) 5.0SC Autobiography at Land Rover in Aberdeen last weekend. It had covered 22k miles and was up at £54k. Parked next to it was an 18 month newer 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography (lesser spec AB) that had done a similar mileage for the same price.

I hadn't realised until then how much more value the petrols have started holding these days.

It's a shame the one they had in Aberdeen was scruffy as hell as it would have been a nice car in Loire Blue.
