Easy job, but please go Genuine as the Powerful refurbed ones can be prone to the heating elements being very poor. I speak from experience.

Disconnect battery, wait for 15 minutes, two spring release connectors for the airbag, one nut for the 'wheel and a few Torq screws for the electrics, once the 'wheel is off. And then refit. 30 minutes if you're confident and an hour if you take your time.
