Ok, to set the record straight... The land rover connectivity kit is made by Denison under licence to JLR so Denison do not make a kit with "Dension Gateway" on it for the most system as they only make the kit JLR sell...

and to confirm this...not that I am anyone to comment....there is a USA forum where it suggests legal action was threatened by LR on Dension if they used the LR Firmware for a product direct to market....so it seems genuine LR is the only way forward

Oh well, still easier than carrying 100's of CD's ! Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........
