Bad water Ingres problem

Had some pretty bad water leaks this week, if I park bonnet at the lowest I get water coming through my sun visor/edge of the centre part (bit with lights and sunglas holders) in the headliner, if I park with boot at the lowest I get water coming out from under the glove box?? I've tried to look at the drainage holes in the sunroof area but it all looks pretty clean, the drains don't seem to go that far when I tried cleaning them through? Andy thoughts? Oh also I pulled the windscreen outer rubber back on the drivers side and silaconed it to the centre ish but it hasn't made a difference? Any advice please?

I used to get this with my p38rr,this was down to blocked sunroof drain tubes one way valve in the inner wing was full of crap, once cleared never had the problem again, you could try blowing them through with a compressor but be very careful as this may pop the tube from the sunroof frame.

Try this :

http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic19905....er+ingress

- has your car had a replacement screen ?
I was convinced mine was coming in via the sunroof, but no, it was via the driver's A pillar from a poorly fitted screen -

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

Well I just took my door pillar covers off, the screen looks ok to me, I poured a load of water gently to start through both front sunroof drains both of which threw through, so must be the screen I spose but as I said it looks ok, but I guess I'll get the silacone out!!

I had the same with another car (GMC) that had been repainted and the windscreen had been out. They didn't put it back properly and although it looked fine, I ended up doing the entire rubber to body gap with black silicone before it was a 100% tight.

Try to look around the screen and jab some paper towel / toilet paper in around the bottom, preferably blue, it shows water faster by turning dark. Or napkins should also do the trick.

Have you checked the door rubbers of the front doors and the alignment of the doors ?? MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Think I'll pull the pilar guards off and the top rubber thing and silacone the lot!
The waters coming in above the door line ie in the roof
