I'm sure you have but I will put my two pennies worth into the thread.....Have you checked the hose right at the back of the engine?? its only about 7 cm long and as you seem to have looked at most things to find the leak may be worth checking Very Happy

I haven't mate as the leak appears to be from the front but I'll try anything!! I'll see if I can find the pipe you speak of on RAVE.

Yes Kurt rads all good. I've a sneaky feeling it's between the pump and the block or the pump and the thermostat.
Worst case they'll get yanked and sealed!
