this shows how to remove the bumper, the rest is straightforward i believe,

once the bumper is off am assuming that you have to take the bumper bar off and the cross member fits between the teh car and the bumper bar?

The bumper mountings come off and the tow bar one replaces them once you have the bumper off you will see what i mean. |
