Unfortunately as Andy stated we didn't get anywhere with the vehicle talking back. I'd like to take this opportunity to say a big thanks to Andy for taking time out and trying. Good to see the forum spirit on here is alive and well.
This points to some kind of issue with comm's I guess? I've tried the battery disconnect and reconnect procedure as another garage couldn't get anywhere with the ECU either.
When I purchased the car there was a land rover specialist(Washington Land Rover, Houghton Le Spring) card in the middle compartment. I called him for some history on the car and he said the previous owner had been to him a few times to clear down the error code. He didn't want to go further as he was selling it.
Naturally off he tried to pull a fast one but also at least it means that the car has had Comm's working at some point prey recently?
Andy had recommended Jameson's in Birmingham as they have testbook.
Also..... Are there any fuses that deal with odb2 Comm's and the EAS on 2004 L322 v8 vogue?
Not sure if it makes any difference but my car has been lpg'd ??!!
