on the battery thread, I have searched but couldn't find the answer, is it the same battery for the bmw v8? 2003, I get the odd hdc message on start up, but have only been doing short runs?

Short runs a killer for our Full Fats, I put mine on charge periodically now or a nice long run ( 25 min + ) after I had a trans fail safe message, not had that come up for a few weeks now and the FF gets used daily |

I put the Bosch s5 020 into my v8 Hammie approx 16 months ago and have not had a problem since with it and its been left sitting in car parks a few times for long periods and no problems there either. Its worth the money, peace of mind and the 5 year replacement warranty is a no brainer.I do same as Welshdragon though with a periodic charge up at home to maintain battery health |
