Hey n1cktdv8, I'll look into those products as well, I have a few friends here at car garages, hopefully they know a thing or two about this as well ahaha. As for the headlights, they honestly aren't that bad, it's just that one headlight that has a ton of those scratches near the bottom half, here are some more pictures:

I took a look and there is no indication of any other charges. All it shows is the currency conversion from USD to CAD and that's about it. No additional charges of any sort are listed on there. Also I thought of lens 3M lens covers, I applied them onto my Volvo headlights and about 90% of scratches that were on the headlight seemed to be not noticeable from less than a foot away. Or maybe just list these on eBay and hope for the best lol. Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)

the invoice you posted a picture of also seems that it was sent by a trader rather than an individual. i'm not a Canadian or US lawyer so not sure what applies but there may be some sort of consumer protection available I would think?

Hey Shalz, yep that's correct. They are a workshop (Indie British Workshop) in L.A California by the name British Eurotech. I sure hope there is some sort of policy/law that would be of some use to my situation as I'm really backed into a corner. Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)

Contact them direclty for a return (youll just pay return charges), if they do not comply, then contact the Better Business Bureau (www.http://www.bbb.org/) and file a complaint, this will get their attention.

Very much doubt you paid via a "GIFT" you have to actively do this. Send them back you will get a full refund |

next to the item purchase, there's a drop down arrow, click this and select 'Resolve a problem' and then follow instructions to open a Item Not as Described case (IND). The seller must then rectify or accept a return for refund. then return it via a trackable, signed for method, and upload tracking info to ebay. If seller ignores this, ebay will automatically refund you. Then keep an eye out for a set in better condition RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition |

Hey mate, unfortunately the transaction wasn't carried out on eBay but rather via a strictly PayPal invoice. That is the problem I have struck, but thanks to the advice from a lot of chaps who replied I'll be set to get a full refund Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)

Hey, yep they are traders so they should obide with the policies. I'm just waiting another hour for a reply to my email, if no reply then I'll probably put on the boxing gloves and give them a friendly phone call. Hopefully all goes well Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)
