Hey Prop, yeah I think I am going to try and push for a 40% refund, I just have to wait till Monday to actually gain a response from the seller. The seller literally replied with "I Don't have time for this, I will review it and get back to you on Monday", man some people...... I have taken tons of pictures, might even make a video just in case. Hopefully I won't have to raise a case with paypal to get the seller to settle, hoping they will find and reach some level of morality and treat this case like it should. But hey thanks for the heads up, now I have a picture of another possible scenario and how it can play out.

Hey thought I would update you guys on the situation; last Tuesday night is when I sent the email to the seller regarding the headlights, on Wednesday afternoon I got a reply saying they'l look it over and get back to me on Monday. It is now Tuesday and no response. I opened a case on Paypal last night and still no response from the seller, asked for a 475$ refund from the 860$ paid. Now just hoping for the best. Best to just leave it now, don't bother the seller, the seller will now have to contact PayPal and you to resolve the issue. If he does nothing for over 30 days from you raising the PayPal case then you will get a full refund. |

If you haven't already raised a case thru paypal then do it now.

Yeah I'll start uploading pictures somewhere. With my message I specified a certain amount for my refund, if 30 days pass, will PayPal refund my entire purchase or just that amount which I specified to the seller? Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)

And sorry didn't mean to confuse ya, I have already opened a dispute but haven't opted Paypal for a claim. I am wondering if I need to raise a claim with PayPal in order to get a refund or if the dispute is more than enough to get me my refund in the case that the seller doesn't respond within 30 days of the dispute ticket.

The dispute should be more than enough to get it rolling. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Also, Stan do you know if the rear left/right pillar on the Vogue (which gets removed on 06/07+ models) can be easily removed?
