Do the early models (2002) play mp3?

Not sure about the 02 models,

If you load the music onto the cd's as albums, so one folder = 1 album, which you can name, then You can select the album using the touch screen! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I tried the MP3 CD burnt through iTunes and just get Invalid disc appear on the screen

I have however, as a result of this thread, found a rear aux input on my 2006 for my iPod and will be trying it tomorrow thank you  4.2 Supercharged Vogue SE

But off work next week, s0 I'll give it a go (sick of SWMBO griping about no aux, so she can't use her MP3 Player - all she needs to do now is to burn the files off the MP3 player on to Cd's) - Sorted  2006 (56 Reg) 4.4 V8 Vogue In Bonatti Grey (Gorgeous!!)

Chauch you will get the error with itunes burned cds, they use a different format, it needs to be a simple file structure with the files simply dragged and dropped onto the disc as album folders, in MP3, shpuld then work There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I have finally fitted my PURE DAB which allows me to put my iPod in the centre cubby hole and control via the controller that I have mounted ear the steering wheel. Will also play from other MP3 players using a standard 3mm jack. Connects via FM as no easy way to link into the aerial wiring but sounds ok to me. There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t
