Whatever happened to the days of P--R--N--D--2--1 !!

I had a Mercedes A Class on hire for my trip to Le Mans this year (from Paris), got in the car at Hertz, could not find the bl Censored dy gear change!

Found it after 5 minutes of searching - its a small lever on the steering column!! I thought Column Change had gone out decades ago!!

The Supercharged Jag unit is smaller in capacity to the normally aspirated one.

I'm still waiting for someone to replace their 4.4 petrol BMW unit with the 5 litre from the E39 BMW M5....,,, 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
