Is it not an additional memory feature of the keys, i.e. automatic reset on the memory seat, steering column, mirrors, etc., dependent on which key is used to open/unlock the FF.

If SWMBO uses her key to unlock the FF, it also changes the settings on the HVAC as well as the seat, etc.
If I tjen use my key to unlock the FF, all the settings revert to my key memory, including the HVAC controls.

Ok, tried that today. And it didn't save the heater settings.

Two weeks on and it seems to remember the settings on occasion, usually if the car is used more than once in a day. However, if left overnight, it always defaults to Full Auto on 1st start. Annoying but I guess I will have to live with it.

Thought it might be battery related as it ran flat last week and seemed to behave better after a new battery was fitted, but it's now back to 'normal' and decides for itself what heater settings to apply on start up.

Heater stuck to auto

Hi
I was reading through your comments as I had the same issue.
I had done allsorts changed the settings on the steering on the screen so on but reading through the seat preference settings also save the pretense of the heater blower so looking at it theyre cabin settings as to how they are set up thank you verry much for suggesting it and it worked for me in my 2010 range rover sport HSE
