Coolant type and quantity confo needed?

Ive decided to overhaul the entire cooling system (hoses/water pump/stat) rather than just replace the leaking rad. Im going to flush out the entire cooling system (incl block) as thoroughly as possible with water and replace with fresh antifreeze coolant. Is Comma G48 the correct AFC to use for a 2002 L322 4.4 Petrol? How many litres of concentrate would i need in total?
