They are surfaced mounted and if you can use a soldering iron you stand half a chance, the hardest part would be finding the led's V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I've got a similar problem and I can solder but I wouldn't even bother with this, I'd buy a replacement |

I got some surface mount LED's here from a 2010 board ( got the whole unit ! ) let me know if you want them and I will see if I can take a few off |
