I think It's just next to the oil filler cap. Small black cap with a circular arrow on it. (Assuming that's what it is for in any case.) the cap twists off and pulls up.

There is what looks like a dipstick tube front left with a black twist top |

That said, I’m not sure a Pela siphon will fit down it |

Looks like it's designed to have a connector pushed on the top and the tube itself acts as the siphon pipe. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Nope! However problem solved here; I turned the car around because it was on a slight slope and problem solved!
