Had a spare hour or so today, so thought I'd get the black wrap out of the shed and the new gear sticker from powerful uk.
removed the gear centre console piece, armed with knife and hairdryer, I've wrapped it and replaced the sticker, it's been sitting in the shed for a few months.

Nice result.

Easy to get the hill decent and low range switches off? I'm often too scared to pull these things apart. 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

I'm really pleased with the result. The hdc and hi/lo range levers just pull off, you have to be confident. The switch connectors underneath are a bit fiddlyand I managed to take the trim off without removing the gear knob and gaiter. Powerful uk do a you tube video, and with the new sticker they supply a torx bit, but I found mine wasn't torx, I used a ph2 bit to undo the circuit board underneath. If you are replacing the sticker this needs to come off, as the hdc and hi/low trims cover it slightly. For first attempt it went really well.
