2010 Using trailer wiring for second battery in boot

My 2010 5 litre supercharged has the following build spec:
Towing Equipment - X Bar Trailer Prep NAS/AUZ [028BP]

The socket only has 6 wires and 6 pins - see photos.

I was really hoping to have some of the 13 pin functionality like ignition and reverse and constant 12v so I could put extra reversing floods under the car and charge a second battery in the boot. I dont want to use the wires to go to a trailer.

Any ideas on how I can find a reverse light wire in the boot that I can hang some big floods onto? Ideally the trailer reverse wire as I guess that would have the proper fuses and load sensing and the normal reverse llight wiring might trigger faults if I hang extra reverse lights onto it.

Same request for an ignition wire that I can use to charge a second batt in the boot. Again, the trailer wiring would be ideal.

Does that trailer wiring always exist in the loom even if it's not "pulled out" of the loom to connect to the trailer wiring socket?
