2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey
starting issues

Upon starting the car the yellow and green symbol stay on, I have no throttle response and many messages flashing up one after another.
I turn off then back on and some times its ok and other its the same fault.
This happens with a hot or cold engine.
Possibles please Neutral
