Does a 2003 4.4 Fuel Pump / Pump Assembly have a check valve

Hi All,

Does anyone know if a 2003 4.4 V8 Fuel Pump / Pump Assembly have a check valve or not >? to stop the fuel pressure and fuel returning to the tank.
