They don't list a number but Pete at BAS uses the iid for tuning and may be able to help There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Can you not access the backup? When you first start the tool it backs up the settings.

Can't quite remember but is there not a setting you can access even before it links to cars ecus which will take the iid tool back to the configuration it started on..?

when the iidtool is first activated it backs up all the settings, but Alan says that he cant connect to his FF so he cant use the backup.. ... - .- -.

All great suggestions but when I try to connect the tool to the car, in the logs it says "VIN NOT DETECTED", so I can't get back to the point where I could restore from a CCF backup. Just a quick update. Patrick had been his usual stellar self and we now have the car and the IIDTool talking again. The next move is to restore from a CCF backup but since my battery's nearly flat, that will have to wait until the morning.
