It seems to me that there a are a number of main dealers of all manufacturers who show nothing but utter contempt for the their customers. They are reprehensible reptiles that need to go out of business. How in heavens name can a main dealer of a 'premium' make supposedly offering a quality service treat anyone like this. They are nothing more than back street second hand shysters dressed in expensive suits.

What really gets me though is that (in this case) L-R will know all about these clowns, but they do nothing about it.

By the way, what they did to you might be fraud by deception, have you complained to Trading Standards? They can't do much with one 'resolved' complaint, but if people keep complaiing they will act. Drives:
