I posted this a while back, and it's been mostly behaving. Until yesterday and came out of work to find the rear end sitting on the stops.

Haven't been under the car yet but found this in the workshop manual:
Might explain the random drop and how the sensor could be the culprit. It doesn't always drop (hence thread title!) but I want to know if it's a slow leak. I went to the car four times yesterday and measured the height and it was stable all day. But some days like earlier this week, it will be on the bumps. I think the Periodic Re-leveling coupled with a bad sensor/connection fits the symptoms. Also the code ^ does not say LH or RH which is weird. . Your screenshot says "rear right height sensor".... The valve is easily unclipped from its 3 pronged mounts then lowered although you might want to remove the liner for best access. I had mine out a week ago when swapping front and rear valve blocks tracking down the reason for the front lowering overnight.

Just a minor update; as above ^^ I re-plugged the connector with some contact get and lashed up the exposed wires and open conduit with electrical tape two weeks ago.

Greg, why not apply same treatment to remaining tree sensors. it won't hurt none. |

Definitely Nino, I already did the other side rear. I put this stuff on any connectors I remove, inside or out.

I use CorrosionX, first recommended by Haylands.

Don't know if this is related but I am new to ffrr and coming from disco to ffrr but a lot of disco owners where getting gremlins in the electrics due to using car washes , the high pressure hoses wetting out and corroding connectors mine only got a blast after off roading , but having said that they are all Landrover and as we know they just do what they want and back Again for no reason . I am a big believer in undersealing and mine will be getting the full treatment once I know how she goes , for me it protects electrics and b/pipes etc from corrosion
