Still running mine with a variable resistor to fool the ECU and not exceeding 500miles between fills. I really should get round to fixing it but it looks like it could be a nightmare. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Twin RR

Pleased my post was of value and many thanks for your kind acknowledgment.

JayGee

Not as bad as you think, particularly if you have the fuel level low. Cheers

It definitely isn't too bad, just messy and make sure the fuel level is low or it'll be really messy.

Thanks for the encouragement. I keep my fingers crossed it’s the first connector that may reestablish operation with some unplugging and plugging back in. Does it help parking on a slope facing up or down? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Hi JayGee,

I found flat ground was ok, I'm not sure if elevation one way or another would help.

I made the mistake of replacing a suspicious looking connector, assuming I'd fixed everything, I put most stuff back together and put fuel in to test. Only to find I'd got that wrong, I was then swimming in diesel! My suggestion,.......take it all out of the tank and replace all connections.

Hope that helps a bit! Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
