Hi all
As part of the restoration of my 2003 TD6 I was hoping to replace the weak gas struts for the centre cubby, I know that they are no longer available from LR. Has anyone managed to locate another supplier?
Any tips greatly appreciated!

Are any of them any good after more than 10 years ?

I changed the 1 on our 2006 tdv8 a few months ago. Brand new Genuine part in LR packaging via the bay of fleas.
If you can get the relevant spec from the old one (uncompressed length, type of ends and opening force) you can also try to buy an equivalent or exactly the same from a gas strut supplier.
The OEM part is for LR by german manufacturer Stabilus. Paul,

Thanks for the tips for stabius, I checked and the one they list is for a P38. I will email them for advice and if they can still supply a new strut.
