Did you get the hids from ebay aswell? Ive done the sidelights, now looking at my xenons and fogs. Reformed

i got my 6000k bulbs on ebay [£20] but heed my advice about only getting ones with the metal tabs cos the normal ones wont fit .. ... - .- -.

Having never taken one out, or even seen one for that matter, what do they look like? I wouldn't mind upgrading to 5500 or 6000 but I wouldn't know which ones to order. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

really easy to do noddy..

you need to get these with the metal anti vibration tabs.[type d2s]



dont get these cos they wont fit ..



and for you to decide what colour temperature you want here's a chart..OE is 4300k..

I too used the side lights bulbs like scarey.......


I also changed the number plate bulbs for smd, similar to these SMD error free number plate bulbs
When the car is wet, the dry patch where the number plate lights are drives me round the twist. Banging Head
I also think it looks more modern like the newer bmw's.... Ian

those dont seem to have the raised plastic at the base of the glass bit so i really aint sure on those...the reason i suggest the 'metal tab ' ones is because they are the closest to the original design and the 'wrong' ones i have showed will not fit the light properly and as i found out to my dismay ,will break the bulb holder..

after extensive research ,i got mine from these people, if they havnt got it listed email them and they should list a pair especially for you [they did for me]
