To replace the belt is a load more work sir... If the belt is good, i would leave it well alone... The tensioner can be changed quickly and cheaply, with minimal expense

had a look at mine and its pretty much all on the tensioner except about 1mm at the top.

Probably worth changing as a precaution Craig? I am getting Dan to price me one up now. the rave page shows it being bolted on with 2 nuts at the top, so doesn't look to bad a job, especially with my recent front of the engine experience of swapping the alternator on the D4. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Had mine replaced last year as it was cracked, £105.66 from my indie, they had to change the idler pulley as well as the bearing was shot.

You could hear it making a noise if you stood at the front of the car.
