Fault Code Help?

Hi all
Has been a while since I’ve been on. 2004 TD6. I’m using an icarsoft reader. I know this RR has always thrown up random faults, but wonder if anyone can help?
Car had gearbox refurbished 1 year ago (8000 mile).

Noticed 2 small oil leaks but not took a lot of notice as wasn’t a lot and no drips etc. Came out from work and started car and got the “Trans fail safe” message up (I nearly always get HDC inop even tho it’s had 2 new batteries)
Whilst ticking over the message went from the screen. Drive car home with no issues and drove well. Turned car off and “Trans fail safe” flashed up again with a bong....
Restarted car with no messages at all.

Just put the icarsoft on it with the intensional of running it up to 40 degrees and get under to check oil.
Cleared all the faults like always (there’s always a list although everything works on car!)

Drove car around block. No messages and good in all gears still.

Re diagnosed and have a fair few faults again? Normally I get a week before they start creeping back.

2 questions, 1 Could it have just been a low battery on a cold night? And 2 would anyone consider any suggestions if I list codes?

Thanks so much in advance

Transfer gearbox CAN error
Probably just an occasional comms error that threw up the fault
However if it keeps giving you TRANS FAIL SAFE then further investigation required
(note: the car will tell you about such a fault again when you turn off the engine)

Steering angle plausibility
Requires investigation!

But these 'could' both have been caused by voltage issues. If you are going through batteries, it may be worth doing a battery drain test to see what happens when the car shuts down (if it does!)

Testing Battery Drain Instructions Help

Evaporator sensor fault
Not sure which evaporator this refers to .
