Replacing foam base of driver seat

Hi all my lovely 2011 AB jet drivers seat has started to collapse on the base where you get in and out.

I know the foam isn’t too pricey so wondered if anyone has taken the leather off and changed this and what is involved!?

yes I have done exactly that.

some say you need to buy "hog ring" pliers but I didn't.
