As of this this morning I have not had any reply to my email from the dealerships Head of Business; but I guess it's only been, three working days. Although I have to say in my own business all emails are answered within 24hrs even if it's just a 'holding email' to let people know I'm not ignoring them.

Yet another call from the dealer this afternoon, this time checking that I am satisfied with the revised date and a promise to call me again the day after the realignment has taken place.
