Had water ingress on my 2004 DSP. (Lear unit)
Cleaned up all the contacts etc on all plugs and sockets but no sound.
DSP is greyed out on the head unit, does this come back automatically if DSP is OK or does it need to be reset.[/b]

If the DSP has failed, have one for sale at the moment if you're in need

Am stripping everything else out tomorrow to check for other water damage.

if you need anything else, I have all the audio kit from the rear, took it out at the weekend in prep for a new head unit so all parts available.

Open up the DSP, mine had funk on the inside, and a disconnected pin! Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

It will be grey in the menu until it identifies itself on the ibus, then it will be white again.

Thanks mjdronfield you pointed me in the right direction.
I have fixed the problem, it was a broken pin in one of the plugs, Ibus connection to DSP was lost, replaced pin, now all working again.
