Has anyone any advise on removal of the injector shield I can see 7 bolts but don’t have any tool to remove the bottom bolts is there a flexible drive that could be recommended

I used a load of wobble bars and flex head ratchet spanners. The ones by the fuel filter are a bitch. __

After removing shield 7 bolts hatefull job I found my diesel leak on injector return pipe I ordered a new o ring but when I went to replace o ring I noticed that the tip of return pipe on injector return 2nd cylinder on rhs was cracked and came off photo below

Is that part of the stiff plastic pipe that fixes to each injector spill off port?

Hi it’s off the injector spill of unit that fits in to the injector secured by a spring pin

Yes, you can replace the tee or corner piece if that’s what’s gone. But you’ll probably need to replace the pipe too as the stock rigid one will most likely crack. __

Has anyone any tips on removing fuel lines from broken leak off injector nipple it’s very tight and I don’t want to damage pipe
|
